What you won’t learn

I spent the majority of my life dieting.

I considered myself a professional dieter!  I knew how to lose weight! It’s the “keeping it off part” that I struggled with.  

After several years of struggling, I finally lost the weight.  But, it wasn’t the traditional way.  

I’ve actually never heard of anyone losing weight the way I did.

I lost weight by actively working on my emotions around food.

I’m not going to show you a before & after of me in a bikini or me flexing my muscles from working out like a maniac. (LOL!)

Let’s be real. 

Most women aren’t looking for a bikini body.

We just want to feel good in our OWN body

I’m a busy mom of 4 who works from home and  juggles 10 things at once.  

Stress & Overwhelm were a normal part of my day!

I ate because I was too busy to care and honestly; food just made everything feel better.

The problem was; I was unhealthy.

This is a rare photo of me that my husband snuck at one of my highest weights.  I didn’t take pictures at this weight.  I was too ashamed

 

I lost 80 lbs as an imperfect, “real” human being who struggled 

every day to not eat my emotions. 

 To be completely honest, I still struggle!!

Struggle is a natural part of life and I have accepted it.  

We all struggle.


It’s how we think about the struggles that matter..  

I learned some important skills that helped me manage my emotions around food.  

And, that is what FINALLY gave me FOOD FREEDOM!!  

NO MORE DIETING!!

NO MORE COUNTING CALORIES AND MACROS!!

I now exercise to help my brain function better, not for weight loss!

Believe it or not, I lost 80 lbs and still ate tacos and donuts!!

Who is Diane?

I grew up in a small town with 8 sisters & 1 brother.  My father was the town Mortician.  (It’s okay to laugh.  I realize how crazy that sounds!)  I earned a degree in piano & graduated from BYU-Hawaii.  I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart.  I started teaching piano lessons at 14 yrs old.  I went on to owning my own piano studio & did so for over 25 years.  Along with being a piano teacher, I worked for several Direct Sales companies; including The Pampered Chef for over 10 years.  (I’m a great cook!)

Through life circumstances, I went through a dark period where I felt the weight of the world on my shoulders.  I had a struggling marriage that resulted in 2 separations.  Despite the fact that my husband and I both worked full-time & barely saw each other,  we ended up with over $300,00 in debt.  (Land investments gone bad.)  I have 4 kids whom I dearly love & they were my world.   I felt I couldn’t be the mom I wanted to be to them because of the demands on me.   Through the stress of it all, I emotionally ate to feel better & at my heaviest was 100 lbs overweight.  

One thing you need to know about me is that I may struggle, but I don’t quit.  I found a way to overcome that dark period.  One of the things I did was start an essential oil business that helped us become debt free in 3 years.  Through counseling and a mental illness diagnosis, my marriage drastically improved.  Through the help of essential oils, more counseling & learning how to manage my brain around food, I lost 80 lbs.  I love helping others & decided it was time to share what I learned about emotional eating with the world.  I am now a certified Life & Weight Coach from The Life Coach School & share my knowledge with those who struggle just like myself.

Is this another diet program?

This actually isn’t a diet program at all.  However; weight loss is an amazing side effect.  In this program I teach you exactly what I did to overcome my emotional eating struggles that led to my weight loss of  80 lbs.  I teach you how to manage your brain around food, how to set up your own food protocol where there are no foods that are off limits and how to eat when you’re truly hungry, not because you want to feel better.  Learning these concepts freed me from dieting ever again. 

I’ve tried every program out there and am still fat. How do I know this is for me?

I was a professional dieter.  I get it.  You name a diet - I had tried it.  25 years of dieting led me to being 100 lbs overweight.  I honestly thought there was no hope for me.  THIS program is very different from anything you’ve tried.  If you’re ready to understand WHY you’re eating & not be fixated on WHAT you’re eating, then this program is for you. 

I don’t have time to watch hours and hours of videos. How much time will this take?

There are 4 Lessons in this program with a workbook that goes along with it.  Each lesson has 3 videos that are 10-15 min.  I made this program to be very concise, to the point, with very little fluff.   You are able to watch them all in one sitting or take your time.

How do I know this is for me?

You are the only person that can answer that.  However; here are a few questions you can ask yourself:

  1. Are you tired of the cycle of gaining/losing weight?
  2. Are you ready to work on your BRAIN around food & understand WHY you eat?

Will I need to use Essential Oils in this program?

I teach you how to manage your brain and emotions around food.  Essential oils are not the main part of this program but they do play an important part.  I believe the use of essential oils was actually the break-through that helped me tremendously.  Managing your emotions on your own can be tricky.  When I added in essential oils - WOW!!  I will teach you the science behind them how & why they work in your brain.  To access the course you will need to purchase the recommended essential oils from doterra.  I highly recommend you try them out - even if you’re a skeptic like I was!
