I’ve lost and gained 100 pounds — not once, but three different times.
Each time, I thought this one will finally work.
But it never lasted, because I was chasing willpower instead of healing the deeper cause.
For years, I believed the only way to “fix” myself was to try harder, restrict more, and beat myself up when I slipped. What I didn’t know back then was that my nervous system was running the show — keeping me stuck in fight-or-flight, driving my cravings, and disconnecting me from my own hunger and fullness cues.
Once I learned how to regulate my nervous system and rebuild trust with my body, everything changed. I didn’t have to white-knuckle my way through another diet. I started losing the weight I had battled for decades — without dieting. More importantly, I found peace with food… and freedom in my life.
Now, I teach other women how to do the same. ✨
Not from a pedestal, but walking beside you — because I’m still on the journey, too.
