Hi, I'm Diane Shephard

I’ve spent years struggling with my weight, battling disordered eating and a relentless negative self-image that left me feeling broken and convinced something was wrong with me. In 2020, when I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety rooted in these eating issues, I realized I needed to dig deeper.

After investing thousands in therapy, medical advice, and nutrition guidance, I discovered that I had been stuck in a chronic fight-or-flight mode—my nervous system was in overdrive, sabotaging my ability to feel calm and nourished.

Learning to regulate my nervous system became the turning point in my journey. I uncovered powerful strategies that helped me break free from the cycle of eat-shame-repeat, allowing me to finally embrace a state of inner peace and balance with food.

This transformation wasn’t about restrictive diets or punishing workouts; it was about understanding the root causes of my struggles, rewiring my body’s stress response, and learning to listen to my body’s true needs.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing these six transformative steps that helped me reclaim my relationship with food.
